These Terms govern the use of Accordfy. By creating an account, you agree to them. We write in plain language on purpose: terms nobody understands protect nobody.
By using Accordfy you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are creating guides for someone else's business, you also confirm that you are authorised to represent it.
When you use the platform on behalf of a company, you declare that you have the authority to accept these Terms for it. Accordfy is not liable for unauthorised use by someone who lacked that permission.
Accordfy is a tool for creating digital guides — accordion-format pages, opened by QR code or link, that bring together information, instructions and answers about a place, service, product or piece of equipment. The service runs in the browser, with nothing to install.
Accordfy is not a website builder, a CMS or a general-purpose content publishing tool. Use outside that purpose may lead to the account being reclassified or closed.
Access is through a Google account. The account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping control of the email address linked to it.
You may invite collaborators to edit a guide. A collaborator edits content; they do not transfer the guide or change the subscription. The guide belongs to the account that hosts it, and a change of owner happens only through the transfer mechanism described in section V.
Text, images and videos you upload remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display that content in providing the service. You declare that you hold the rights to what you upload.
The following are prohibited: reselling access to the platform outside the Partner Programme, automating use without authorisation, circumventing plan limits, publishing unlawful content, and claiming partnership with or representation of Accordfy without written consent.
The subscription belongs to the account, not to a specific guide, and is charged in advance — you pay for a period and then use it. We accept credit card, Pix and Pix Automático. Processing is handled by Asaas; Accordfy does not store card numbers.
The first guide is included in the subscription. Each additional guide adds a fixed monthly amount to the same subscription. When you add a guide mid-cycle, we charge only the amount proportional to the remaining days; the full amount applies from the next renewal, on the usual date.
You may postpone the date of the next charge, within the limit shown on the subscription screen. The amount does not change.
Prices may be adjusted with 30 days' notice, sent to the account email address. Active subscriptions keep the agreed price until the end of the cycle in which the notice was given. Taxes follow Brazilian law.
You may cancel at any time, with no penalty and no lock-in. Access to paid features continues until the end of the period already paid for — we do not charge for a period we have not delivered, nor cut off what has already been paid for.
If a payment is not identified, we notify you by email and the account keeps its access for as long as the period already paid for lasts. After 10 days without resolution, the subscription ends and the account returns to the free plan. The guide stays online.
You may withdraw from the contract within 7 calendar days of the first payment, with a full refund of that amount. Just write to contato@accordfy.com. The right applies to the first payment of the subscription.
Whoever creates a guide is not always the person who runs the business — agencies and freelancers frequently build guides for clients. That is why ownership is transferable.
The guide's owner offers ownership to an email address. The transfer only completes when that person ACCEPTS — because responsibility for the subscription travels with the guide. On acceptance, the guide moves to their account, with the content intact and at the same address.
Whoever transferred the guide remains a collaborator on it, able to keep editing, until the new owner decides otherwise.
Accordfy provides the mechanism and records who offered and who accepted. We do not arbitrate disputes between a service provider and an end client over who owns a guide.
Each plan has limits on guides, sections, images, video minutes and collaborators, shown on the plans page and in your account. When a limit is reached, creating new items is blocked — content already published is not deleted.
The Partner Programme carries reseller pricing because it assumes guides built for third parties. If usage does not match the plan contracted, we may reclassify the account to the appropriate plan, with 30 days' notice. We reclassify; we do not suspend — taking down guides that sit behind printed QR codes would harm the visitor, who did nothing wrong.
Guides on free accounts display attribution to the platform, including the possibility of a bar at the top of the page. It does not hide content, change the address or prevent the guide from working. On subscribing to a paid plan, the attribution can be removed in the settings.
AI features generate content suggestions from what you provide. The generated text is a suggestion: reviewing it, and responsibility for what is published, are yours. Usage may be subject to a per-plan quota.
Guides on paid accounts may be indexed by search engines and AI assistants, with the option to turn that indexing off in the settings. Guides on free accounts are not indexed. Guides on a custom domain are always indexed.
Sections marked as on-site stay out of the public guide and out of search engines, reachable through a link with a token. That token is a simple access control, not a secrecy mechanism: whoever has the link gets in. Do not publish sensitive data in those sections.
You may point your own domain at the guide. Ownership of the domain and its DNS configuration are your responsibility.
Accordfy depends on third-party services (hosting, payment processing, AI providers, maps). We are not liable for outages or failures caused by them, nor for problems with the end user's connection or device.
Published content is the responsibility of whoever publishes it. Accordfy does not review or endorse information entered into guides.
We run backup routines, but we recommend that you keep your own copy of critical content.
You may close your account at any time. Before closing it, consider transferring the guides that belong to clients (section V) — without that, they go offline along with the account.
We may close or suspend accounts in cases of fraud, breach of these Terms, or use that compromises the platform or third parties. In those cases, we give advance notice whenever possible.
After termination, we keep the content for 6 months, so the account can be reactivated without loss. Billing records are kept for the period required by tax law. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
These Terms may be updated. Material changes are communicated by email or within the platform. Continued use after a change means agreement.
This document represents the entire agreement between you and Accordfy regarding use of the platform, superseding any prior understandings.
If any clause is held invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force.
Brazilian law applies. The courts of the district of Santa Bárbara d'Oeste, State of São Paulo, Brazil, are elected to settle matters arising from these Terms, save for the consumer's right to choose the courts of their own domicile.
This English version is provided for convenience. The service is contracted under Brazilian law and the Portuguese version of these Terms prevails in the event of any divergence between the two texts.
